These Terms & Rules ("Terms") govern the use of the NewBitcoin Platform and its associated services, including mining participation, fuel payments, reward allocations, staking mechanisms, referrals, wallets, swaps, and all related features (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using any part of the Platform, you ("User") expressly agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Platform is currently operating under a Beta Version, during which features may be modified, suspended, or removed at the sole discretion of the Platform operator ("Operator").
