# 4. Claiming Free Tokens

* If you claim free NEWBTC tokens, you are required to stake them for a fixed period based on the staking plan you select, which includes a staking fee.
* The staking fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
* By claiming, you acknowledge that the staked tokens will be locked for the selected duration, and you waive any right to early withdrawal.
